The Green Guardians were a former MC Championship Team. This team was one of the original 10 teams that debuted in MCC 1.

This team was swapped out in themed events:

• MCC 11 - Green Goblins
• MCC JJ - The Goblins
• MCC 13 - Emerald Elves

This team was retired after MCC 16 and was replaced with Green Geckos starting in MCC 17.

• The MCC 7's Green Guardians currently hold the all-time single event point record, with 25346 - over a thousand coins ahead of the second highest scoring team (MCC 4 Purple Pandas with 24342)
• The MCC 2's Green Guardians were the highest-scoring sixth-place team ever, with 18415. This is higher than most 4th and 5th place teams and even a few 3rd place teams.
  • This record was then beaten by the MCC 16 Lime Llamas, with a score of 18649.
• "The Simmers" team were in this color only once in MCC 3. The rest of the times they teamed together, they were in various variations of the Blue Team. (Blue Bats, Sapphire Simmers, Sapphire Santas)
• In MCC 12, this team maintained their first place in terms of total event coins after game 2 onwards.
• In MCC 14, Quackity often referred to this team as "Green Gardeners".
