Kara Corvus (/ˈkɑːrə/KAR-uh) is a recurring competitor in MC Championship, known for her cosplays as well as variety streams on Twitch in various video games. She was a member of SMP Live and SMP Earth alongside many other players in the tournament.
She is also a member in Certified Homie, alongside jojosolos, and involved in the SMP with the same name, Homies SMP. She later joined the Vault Hunters SMP, for its season 3, with CaptainSparklez, HBomb94, PeteZahHutt, and more. She has also been involved in GGSMP, Peaches SMP and The Purge SMP.
She was one of the original 40 players in MCC 1 and was on the winning team of that event. She then won again in MCC 4KO, making the gaps between her wins the longest out of any player.
She is currently roommates with fellow player, CaptainSparklez. In late August 2023, they moved to a house.
She has a Bachelor Degree of Science in Evolutionary Biology. Before streaming, she worked as a microbiologist in dental healthcare research and worked part-time as a model.
She participated in the first and last games of Dodgebolt of Season 1.
Coincidentally, she was on purple both times.
She used a custom resource pack, Chroma Hills, in MCC 1 alongside the tournament's resource pack as well as shaders. This continued in the next couple of events.
With her participation in MCC 19, she is the second player to be in all 10 team colors.
With her wins in MCC 1 and MCC 4KO, she has the longest gap between wins.
Her main skin up until MCC 27 was based on Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club, a character she had previously role played in VRChat. She changed it to a witch design more closely resembling herself and her branding.
Her skin in MCC 25 is similar to "Spy × Family" character, Yor Forger. Her team in this event also wore the same skins from the same anime, as well as in real life, with the exception of Tubbo, who did not wear a costume in corresponds to his skin.[2]
She had came close to participating in Dodgebolt three times in a row since MCC 23 with her teams being in the top 2 after game 7, but then fell down the top 2 in the last game.
She was one of the two casters of MCC TR, along with Couriway.
