MC Championship 12 (commonly abbreviated as MCC 12) is the twelfth event of MC Championship. It took place on November 14, 2020 at 8 PM GMT. It was a birthday-themed event, with the event taking place just before the one-year anniversary of MC Championship.

Changes
MC Championship 12 - Update Video- Anniversary & Parkour Update! (November 2020)
The update video[1] was released a day prior to the event, with the introduction of a brand new game, Parkour Tag, as well as birthday-themed changes.
- As with the birthday-themed, the hub and the games were decorated to celebrate the first anniversary of MC Championship.
- Players were also given party hats to celebrate for the occassion in the main hub.
- A cake-themed map called, "Birthday Cake!" was added for Rocket Spleef per the theme of the event.
- Introduced a new game, Parkour Tag, rotated in place of Parkour Warrior.
- A nine-round game, in a style of "Tag", where competitors assigned themselves as either runners or hunters.
- The hunters' goal is to hunt other competitors from their opposing team as fast as possible.
- The runners' goal is to survive as long as they can (up to 60 seconds) without being hunted.
- A brand-new Ace Race map, "Python's Crypt" was added, inspired by the old Foot Race map.
- The first tunnel of Terra Swoop Force was added for TGTTOSAWAF.
- Introduction of more practice games on the training server.

- The 3 weeks between this event and MCC 11 is the second shortest length of time between two events.
- This is the first event in which neither PeteZahHutt or HBomb94 were in Dodgebolt.

- TapL fell off the map in Round 1 of Dodgebolt, being one of the only players to ever do so.
