The teams in MC Championship 27 (November 3-4, 2022)
MC Championship 27 (also known as MC Championship 27 - Underdogs) was the thirty-second event of MC Championship. It took place on November 12, 2022, at 8 PM GMT.[1] This event was intended to only feature players who had never won a regular event before.

Changes
MC Championship 27 - Underdogs and MCC's Birthday! (Minecraft Event)
The update video[2] was released a day prior to the event.
- The Main Hub was decorated with birthday-related decorations from cakes to more, celebrating the event's 3rd anniversary.
- Battle Box map was changed back to Ships.
- TGTTOSAWAF's Terra Swoop Force - Tunnel 1, Beehive and Skydive were three of the six maps to be played. The other three maps were undisclosed in the update video and prior to the event.
- The other three maps were later revealed in the event: To The Dome!, Badlands, and Walls.
- Parkour Tag got a brand new arena as well as a brand new map, Obelisk.
- The new arena allowed players to jump into the map before the game began, in order to get to know the map's layout better.
- Hole in the Wall's map was changed back to Classic.

Trivia
- This event's graphics were updated to match MCC Island's style, from team icons to player icons.
- Team announcement pictures were also slightly zoomed out and accompanied with a new nameplate for each player's names, similar to ones used in the games announcement pictures.
- Cyan Coyotes is the only team in this event that do not have a team skin.
- Before the category changes, this event was considered as a half-canon event, with the statistics being not considered, and only the wins from this event matters.
Participation
- This event introduced BaboAbe, James Marriott, kkatamina_, DisguisedToast, BoxBox, ItzMasayoshi, iiTzTimmy, FireBreathMan, BdoubleO100 and impulseSV.
- Although this was FireBreathMan's first event, he had played in tests as a MCC Tester, before deciding to stop after MCC 8 due to being heavily targeted.
- This event welcomed back some players who have not been in an event in a very long time:
- Strawburry17, who had not played since MCC 9.
- Ludwig since MCC 13.
- DanTDM since MCC 14.
- LDShadowLady, Joey Graceffa and The KREW (ItsFunneh, PaintingRainbows, GoldenGlare, DraconiteDragon) since MCC P21.
- RTGame since MCC 16.
- KreekCraft since MCC AS.
- GizzyGazza, Nihachu, Sykkuno and Valkyrae since MCC P22.
- With KaraCorvus subbing in for TinaKitten, she was the only participant in this event who had won a regular event, as she won MCC 1 at the time.
Statistics
- There were two different ties for individual placements.
- AntVenom and Kara Corvus tied for 11th place.
- Kkatamina and LDShadowLady tied for 25th place.
- Blushi is the only player who played this event that would not receive a coin if they won as they won MCC R.
- This is the season two event with the largest difference in points separating 1st and 40th place, there being a total of 3,262 coins between the two
- FireBreathMan broke the unmultiplied coin record in TGTTOSAWAF, with 698, breaking the record set by Dev in MCC R of 645 coins, and Dream in MCC 18 of 634 coins.
- The Purple Pandas won 5 games, tying the record for games won by a single team set by the MCC AS Red Rabbits and MCC 2 Aqua Horses.
- 3 players played in both MCC AS and MCC 27: Kara Corvus, Blushi and KreekCraft.
