MC Championship 4 (commonly abbreviated as MCC 4) is the fourth event of MC Championship. It took place on April 18, 2020 at 8 PM BST. This event was easter-themed, with all the decorations and special changes dedicated to the easter season.

Changes

MC Championship - Easter Update!

The update video, was released a day before the event, focusing on the easter theme of the event.

• The hub has a new hub minigame, an easter egg hunt event, where competitors can find 20 eggs scattered around the hub, to gain them extra votes in the Decision Dome.
• The chickens in the Decision Dome were temporarily replaced by bunnies.
• In an April Fools prank, the event was requesting for players' skins to be replaced with the chickens for their retirement. This is done as a cover-up for them to be used as audiences in lobbies and games as well as "fans" at the end of TGTTOS.
• An audience takeover was introduced, allowing viewers of the event to vote on the 5th game they want to see in the event.
• Easter eggs (retextured turtle eggs) were scattered around the maps of each game.
• Coins were temporarily replaced by "Golden Easter Eggs" as the main scoring method of the event.
• Dodgebolt is changed to Eggbolt, with slingshots and eggs instead of bows and arrows.
• Added Easter Eggs as a themed map in Rocket Spleef.
• Added Courtyard as a map in Battle Box.
• Added Basins and Skydive maps to TGTTOS.
• Some easter-themed were added in Big Sales at Build Mart.
• Parkour Warrior course is altered slightly.

Trivia

• This event introduced 6 new players: FalseSymmetry, Rendog, fWhip, JeromeASF, Graser10, and James Charles.
  • LaurenzSide was supposed to debut on the Cyan Creepers. However, since the server was not allowing her on, Mini Muka replaced her.
• This is the first event to feature an update video for the event.
• In testing before the event, there was a double point bug discovered in Survival Games, which was quickly patched.
• This MCC was known for Tommy's quote: "Just killed a woman, feeling good!", when Tommy killed Katherine Elizabeth during Rocket Spleef
• This was the first time TGTTOSAWAF was played since MC Championship 1.
• Technoblade broke the record for most individual points in an event, getting 4307 coins, a record that is still unbroken.
• The Purple Pandas broke the record for the most team points, which they held until the MCC 7 Green Guardians broke it by 1004 points.
• This was the first time a team skin was used when the Pink Parrots decided to use a skin that JeromeASF found during the Audience takeover.
• This was the first event to contain a team in which every member had won a previous event: the Green Guardians (Michaelmcchill and King Burren won MCC 1, and Vikkstar123 and PeteZahHutt won MCC 3).
