Fundraiser[]

Coin for MCC Pride 25
Similarly to the last Pride event, MCC P24, this event features 3 charities for viewers to donate to. This includes The Trevor Project, Kaleidoscope Trust and Outright International.
Viewers can donate to the charities in 2 ways:
- Purchasing a pride coin on the event's merchandise website. This coin is designed by CherriFire.
- Donating directly to a charity.
In addition to this, the chicken mechanic from MCC P24 is back for this event, where chickens will spawn depending on the donation amount donators give. With higher donations, boss chickens can now spawn, which take more than one hit to take down and only spawn between the games. The details for each donation amount are as follows:[2]
Donation | Chicken Spawns |
---|---|
Coin Purchase | 3x Allay |
$3.00 | 1x Baby Chicken |
$5.00 | 2x Chicken |
$10.00 | 3x Rainbow Chicken |
$20.00 | 3x Flamingo, 3x Chicken |
$30.00 | 3x Big Chicken, 5x Chicken |
$50.00 | 3x Big Rainbow Chicken, 10x Chicken |
$100.00 | 1x Giant Rainbow Chicken, 20x Rainbow Chicken |
$250.00 | 1x Giant Golden Chicken, 20x Gold Chicken |
$500.00 | 1x Chickenzilla, 50x Mini Chickenzilla |
- Boldened chickens represent Boss Chickens
With donations over $50, unicorns can also spawn with the name of the donator. Any donations that are over $3 would grant the donator ten Flower Crown variants based around pride on MCC Island. In addition, players on MCC Island can get the free Heart Wand cosmetic and its ten pride variants via code redemption in-game.

Changes[]
MC Championship Pride 25 - Update Video- Big Build Mart Update!
The update video[3] was released a day prior to the event, focusing on pride changes, as well as Big Sales at Build Mart's biggest changes.
General Changes[]
- The main hub and some games received pride dress-ups.
- Throughout the event, chickens could now spawn around players. When punched or run over, they would give one coin each. The chicken spawns depend on the donations from the viewers.
- Chicken bosses can also spawn during the chicken rush, which take more than one hit to take down.
- For more information, visit the Fundraiser section.
- The Main Hub is partially restored to its original state, with only the paint splatter kept from MCC CTW.
- The Paint Blasters from MCC CTW returns to the Main Hub and the Decision Dome.
Game Changes and Maps Featured[]
- Big Sales at Build Mart received some major changes, dubbed The Blueprint Update:
- Players can now choose the builds by choosing the build blueprints.
- In the material hall's central platform, the Blueprints Gallery is available to players to choose the builds from.
- Blueprints refresh every 1 minute and 30 seconds, and are replaced with a new batch of builds to select from.
- Builds which have already been sent to team plots will not refresh until they are completed by a team.
- Builds are now ranked by stars, based on how difficult they are to build and how much the builds would be worth scoring.
- Gold Builds are now no longer shown in team's build rooms. Instead, the gold builds are now only visible in the Blueprint Gallery.
- The first Gold Build appears after the first 4 minutes of the game. The build will be refreshed every 2 minutes onward. Once the time is up, a new gold build will appear.
- Teams can now be rewarded "Employee of the Month" bonus coins.
- The three bonuses are as follows:
- Entrepreneur - Awarded to the teams that collect the most total stars throughout the game.
- Line Cook - Awarded to the teams that build the most builds throughout the game.
- Quality Assurance - Awarded to the teams with the highest average star count for completed builds.
- Bonuses are awarded to the top three teams in each category.
- The three bonuses are as follows:
- Team plots now feature colour coded chests to allow teams to more easily organise their blocks and items.
- Ace Race is changed back to Clouds II.
- Battle Box is changed back to Splash.
- Grid Runners featured the same room layout that was supposed to be in MCC BC.

Trivia[]
- This is the first event where the team announcement posts don't feature the event mascot on the MCC wordmark. Instead, only the crown was shown above the wordmark.
- Gegy didn't stream this event, as she doesn't have a streaming account. As a result, the MCC Live page links to her Bluesky account instead.
- This is the first pride event where the To Get to the Other Stack remix wasn't played in TGTTOSAWAF.
- This is also the first pride event to not feature Terra Swoop Force map.
- This is the first event where the winning team are all variety streamers.

- 7 newcomers - Cojomax99, Eskay, Gegy, Rainhoe, Sleepy, Ulraf and Xilefian.
- 1 returnee from the Rising series - CherriFire

- This is the first event to feature a full Mojang Studios developers team, who develop and work on Minecraft, the game that MCC is held on.
- Before the team announcements, several players have stated their absences for this event:
- GeminiTay stated on stream that she would not be in this event, due to her travelling to a separate charity event.[4]
- Piso stated on stream that he would not be in this event, due to scheduling issues whilst being in LA.[5]
- According to Smajor1995 in Wolfeei's stream chat, LDShadowLady, Shubble and Mogswamp would not be in this event.[6][7]
Statistics[]
- Pink Parrots tied the build record with MCC 6's Orange Ocelots, with 15 builds, as well as setting a new record in the revised version of Big Sales at Build Mart.
- Purple Pandas broke the distance record in Railroad Rush, by reaching 308 blocks, beating MCC HH's Aqua Abominations record by 2 blocks.
- Yellow Yaks would've made Dodgebolt, had the leaderboards not count the chicken coins.[8]
