The Walk of Fame (also known as The Champs) is where the winners of MCC receive their crowns. This is the final part of MC Championship.
Originally, the centre of the stage was occupied by a trophy, signifying the team's victory. The trophy was removed in MCC 3. After the break between season one and two, the Walk of Fame was overhauled, having a crown as part of the stage and a coin hovering above the stage.
Since MCC 4KO, the winning team would also have their build stage featured on the Walk of Fame.
Every competitor that has won MCC the first time per season will get a MCC coin from Smajor1995. If a competitor wins multiple MCCs in the same season they will not get any additional coins. This means any player who has won in multiple seasons will have additional coins.
Depending on where a player lives, Scott will either have to ship the coin or give it in person to save money in shipping.
The last MCC event of a Season is the last chance to get a coin of that season.
Punz's first two wins were the last MCC of both Season 1 and 2. He was the last player in Season 2 to win a Season 2 coin.
Players that win a special MCC event will get a coin if they have not previously won a regular MCC that season.
This was mentioned after MCC AS, where Scott talked about sending a Season 2 coin to George.[1] Thus George was the only one in that event to get a coin since Sapnap, Dream, and BadBoyHalo had already won an MCC in Season 2.
In MCC 27, Blushi was the only participant to not receive a coin, having already won MCC R.[2]
Players who won an event will keep their crowns in the hub until the next event begins.
MCC 25 is the only regular MCC that didn't have any players wearing a crown at the beginning of the game since none of the winners from MCC 24 participated.
From Season 1 until Season 2, any player that participated in a special MCC after winning a regular MCC prior would have a crown at beginning of that event and the following regular MCC. This happen with the end of Season 1 and beginning of Season 2 where Punz was seen with one at the start of MCC 14.
Starting with Season 3, the winners from MCC 28 appeared without a winning crown at the start of MCC 29. Any player that won a regular MCC and participate in the next regular MCC will not have a winning crown if a special MCC takes place in between. Instead any player that won a special MCC and participate in the next MCC are seen with the winning crown. During MCC 34, Sapnap was wondering why he had no crown at beginning.
Aeltumn explained on the Reddit that before Season 3 they deleted any non-canon events from the database directly. The crown is given if you won the previous event in the database, so by deleting the events the crown would skip them completely. Starting in Season 3 they keep all events but can flag them as non-canon which excludes them from statistics and balancing. It's why non-canon winners still show up in the Hall of Fame, they did win an event and deserve to be credited for that. The code changes in Season 3 are also why no crowns showed in Season 3's first event based on Season 2's last event, the system completely changed.
In MCC P22, the wrong team got teleported on the Walk of Fame after 20v20 Dodgebolt, when the Aqua Axolotls defeated the Red Rabbits, but the Red Rabbits ended up being teleported and given the crowns.
